THE CHALLENGE

Crucial Trading, part of the Headlam Group, specialises in manufacturing a diverse range of floorcovering products, with a focus on rugs. They enlisted our help to enhance their online presence and engage a wider audience in the luxury interior design market, reinvigorating stagnant social channels with a fresh approach. Sandford also supports two other brands within the group: Telenzo and JHS.

OUR SOLUTION

Sandford developed a comprehensive digital strategy to drive engagement on Instagram and Pinterest, including audience analysis and influencer collaboration. The partnership resulted in increased engagement and follower numbers, particularly during industry events like Decorex. Instagram Reels drove the highest engagement, with the best-performing Reel exceeding 14,000 plays and over 350 engagements.

We have also focused on embracing user-generated content and developing relationships with key influencers and interior designers to gather in-situ shots for use on Crucial’s channel. This focus on community building and taking inspiration from the wider design community has not only propelled their reach and engagement but also grown the brand’s network of trusted design partners.

Additionally, the revitalised Pinterest boards and advertising strategy positioned Crucial as a prominent choice for luxury flooring and carpets.

We needed help with our consumer socials and Sandford’s expertise and excellent industry knowledge made for a very positive outcome.

They always went above and beyond their mandate and we felt we were in safe hands.

Their flexibility along with their open and honest approach meant that I had no hesitation in recommending their services to another business.
