THE CHALLENGE

Launched by Davroc, in response to a gap in the market for design-led bathroom products at competitive prices, Coalbrook was an affordable luxury brand that debuted in 2020. Specialising in brassware essentials, the brand emphasised both aesthetic appeal and functionality, catering to the Architecture and Design and high-end consumer market. They turned to Sandford to help put them on the industry map in 2021.

OUR SOLUTION

Sandford collaborated with Coalbrook to enhance brand awareness pre-launch through PR, social media, and SEO efforts. Our comprehensive strategies helped spotlight Coalbrook's product ranges, drove impressive footfall to the new showroom, and maximised exposure during events like Clerkenwell Design Week. A comprehensive PR campaign led to 40 articles, amassing 147,000 views and 840 shares, while our SEO optimisation efforts and social media strategies led to a 200% surge in website visits and Instagram follower growth of 30%.

PR coverage was also extensive, reaching an audience of over 50 million through international publications including Wallpaper*, Dezeen, The AJ, Yellowtrace and Yatzer.

Events included a thought-provoking panel talk at Clerkenwell Design Week including leading architect and founder of Groupworks, Amin Taha, Na Li, Managing Director of Holloway Li and Annabelle Cox, CEO of Tensei, a biomaterials tech company. The event was hosted by journalist and Material Matters founder, Grant Gibson.
