THE CHALLENGE

JHS, along with their sub-brand Joseph, Hamilton and Seaton, has been a dominant supplier of commercial carpet, contract carpet tiles, and commercial floorcoverings in the UK for over six decades. Their offerings cater to diverse sectors such as hotels, offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces. However, in a fiercely competitive flooring market, JHS faced declining brand visibility. Sandford was enlisted to rejuvenate its digital presence, particularly in the B2B sector.

OUR SOLUTION

Lacking a presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, JHS needed a strategic overhaul to engage stakeholders. Sandford focused on LinkedIn, crafting a proactive content plan spotlighting products and personal branding via a new company account. JHS saw a 70% growth in LinkedIn followers and a 22,240% increase in impressions. Sales team engagement improved, reflecting a positive brand sentiment shift. Clear personas guided content creation, while ongoing adaptation supported business evolution, including the Joseph Hamilton Seaton sub-brand introduction.

We also ran a successful LinkedIn workshop for over 20 Sales Team members to introduce them to the benefits and potential of the platform. The team were able to elevate their own profiles for the benefit of the brand and share their knowledge and expertise.

We relied on Sandford’s excellent industry knowledge and expertise to effectively establish our online presence. Their organisational skills and reliability coupled with their understanding and insights made them easy to work and collaborate with. They imparted valuable nuggets of information, and I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and work with Sandford again if the need arose.
